How long does shipping take?

- Switzerland is usually 1-3 working days.

- Europe is usually 2-7 working days.

Which shipping service provider is used for shipping?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Switzerland is free .
For shipping to Europe : 4.90 €.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

✉️ As long as your package hasn't been shipped yet, you can change or cancel it. Simply send us an email with your order number .

Does the mount really hold securely?

🧲 Yes – the magnet is strong enough for all MagSafe-compatible iPhones . It's important that the mounting surface is smooth and clean .

Does this also work with a case?

📱 Yes – it works perfectly with a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring .

With standard cases, the hold may be weaker .


+Additionally included in the order is a magnetic ring with an adhesive side that you can stick to your case and thus use the full potential .

Can I remove the product without leaving any residue?

🧽 Yes, the suction cup can be removed without leaving any residue and can be repositioned as often as you like.

Is my device safe when holding and releasing?

🔒 Yes – the magnet holds securely , but can be easily released by tilting it sideways . This way, your device is protected at all times .
